Quality and durability are the center of our design and production process

We offer 5 year limited warranty (please read the terms of 5 year limited warranty below) on all designs. Our sofa beds are made to last, designed and manufactured with longevity in mind.

Quality is at the center of everything we do. Our sustainable design and production practices have been developed through the 30-year history of our business. We do not compromise on materials nor processes, which we believe support our mission of quality.

Undoubtedly, sofa beds are often perceived to be of poor quality and design. At Innovation Living we challenge conventions by rethinking how a sofa bed should look. We disregard expectations and push the boundaries to innovate compact living. The result is a line of bold, original designs that encompass what Danish Design is renowned for: Beauty, functionality, comfort, and quality.

Our functional parts are based on carefully tested mechanisms and the knowledge we have established since we started designing and producing sofa beds in 1989. As all sofa beds are produced at our own factories, we benefit from being able to directly control and assure our strict quality standards. In addition to our high internal standards, and to ensure we comply with the highest industry standards, we continuously subject ourselves to external audits of our manufacturing facilities.

You will have 5 year limited warranty.

This guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship in the following components of the sofa beds and chairs:

• Gears and mechanisms

• Wooden frames

• Metal frames

• Spring-, latex-, or foam cores of sofa beds and chairs

Note that the 5-year warranty does not include textile, on which we offer 1 year warranty

This warranty applies to private/residential use only.

We need a copy of the original purchase receipt as proof of your purchase together with photos/videos that clearly demonstrate the defect.

Finally, we need a photo of the quality label that is placed on the inside of the product.

Please find the exact position of this label in the assembly instruction for your products (assembly instructions can always be found via our website here).

The quality department of Innovation Living will examine the claim and decide, at its sole discretion, if it is covered by the warranty and subsequently either if it should be repaired or replaced.

If the claim is covered by the warranty, Innovation Living will cover the costs of spare parts or provide an equivalent replacement, if the item is no longer available. Most of our sofas are sold in separate parts, and we will do our utmost to limit replacements to the relevant parts due to both environmental and economic concerns.

For countries with significant distance to one of our warehouses, big replacement parts will be send as part of the next possible order shipment to the relevant retailer. For smaller replacement parts, we will ship as airfreight directly and straight away.

 

This warranty does not apply to products that have been stored or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents.

This warranty does not apply if the product has been placed outdoors or in a humid environment.

This warranty does not cover consequential or accidental damage.

This warranty does not cover textile, on which we offer 1 year warranty.
